Raise Your Expectations

Our bodies are energetically charged. Years ago when I was a newspaper reporter, I interviewed a couple who had survived Hurricane Hugo. The storm had swept through their home with them hunkered dowm inside.

I visited them one year later to see how they were doing. Their house was still not fully repaired, but it was livable. The woman of the house was still reeling from the trauma of being in the house during the category 5 storm.

Her husband told me that her doctor had prescribed medications for anxiety.

He explained that her body was literally vibrating as a result of the post traumatic stress disorder that she was suffering from. She couldn't manage to get past the memories of it.

Just as we can suffer from negative or stressful vibrations, we can also thrive from positive vibrations.

Every time a person dwells on wrongs done to them, it causes a negative vibration. Some experiences are very difficult to get past, and frankly nearly impossible to forget.

However, when you dwell on happy memories and thoughts, the vibration of positivity not only increases in the body, it draws more positivity.

It takes practice, but you can train yourself to replace the hurt with joy and gratitude by raising your vibration.

When you increase your positive energy vibrations, you also raise your expectations for continued success and joy.

Pray, think and manifest peace, love and joy.

Colossians 4:3-4 says "Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:

4 That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
